I recommend using an ergonomic mouse. They are conformed to fit the hand, usually the right hand. The scroll wheel clicks nicely. Easier to use, especially if you use the computer a lot, like me.
I use the Monster Wired Ergonomic Gaming Mouse With LED, box shown above. It is a larger size, which I like, with some additional buttons that I don’t use. You don’t have to get this one. But I like it.
If you have more than one computer, and want to buy only one ergonomic mouse instead of many, then use Barrier.
